Vienna Music Sdn Bhd

1. The company has been in the piano business since 1981, the Hoes for three generations. It specializes mainly in pianos from the lower end of the market right up to professional level.
2. The same shareholders fully own a piano factory under the name of Musical Products Sdn. Bhd. The Managing Director for both these companies is Mr. T.W. Hoe.
3. The number of management and staff for Vienna Music is 10 whereas its associate factory has 80.
4. Vienna Music is the sole importer and distributors for not only the pianos produced by its wholly owned factory in Ipoh but also the agents for the following world renowned piano companies :-
   1. Samick of Korea (the world's largest piano manufacturer)
   2. Chas. H. Challen (1804) Ltd., of U.K.
   3. Barratt & Robinson (1877) Ltd., of U.K.
   4. PianoDisc of U.S.A.
   5. Witton & Witton (Estd. London 1838) of U.K.
      
5. Vienna Music has a national network of 30 appointed dealers for their imported and locally manufactured pianos from its own factory.
6. Musical Products of Ipoh, the wholly owned company of Vienna Music, manufactures (only upright pianos) under license for the following brands, ie, C. Steinbert, Challen, Barratt & Robinson and Witton & Witton pianos with 75% of its production exported to 25 countries.
7. Vienna Music has fully factory trained piano technicians from its own factory as well as from Steinway & Sons of Germany to provide professional after sale services and repairs as well as other related services.
8. Vienna Music now commands a 20% market share of the Malaysian piano market with more than 60% of the hotels, concert halls and institutions buying their piano requirements from us, especially the grand pianos.
9. The total turnover of both the companies is in the region of RM10,000,000.00 annually & growing steadily.
