Timber Processing
Section
This is the first stage of the manufacturing process where freshly sawed timber are being
kiln dried in kiln drying chamber after being kept in the open for between 6 months to a
year's period to season the timber in as natural way as possible.
Back
Structure Making Section
Here, the timber, which has been kiln dried earlier (usually dried to about 8% in moisture
content), are then processed to produce the back structure of the piano.
Wood-working Section
Here, the prepared and veneered panels are then cut to shape and fine sanded by
sophisticated CNC sanding machines before passing over to the finishing section for
varnishing.
